Terms and Conditions
1. Subscription and Courses
Your monthly subscription service will follow the billing cycle that begins from the start date of your subscription. Once enrolled you can start the course as per the registered period. In case you wish to stop the service mid-way, then there will be penalty charges which will have to be borne by you. In case of any discrepancy in the start or end date, you should get it to our notice at the earliest for immediate resolution. In case of any delay in getting it to our notice then the consequences will either have to be sorted or will be disputed.
2. Additional Charges
In case of any additional charges incurred due to an extra purchase of products either as a bundle, offers, no-show, other as they may incur you will have to pay as when they apply.
3. Refunds
Subscription once paid for a particular timeframe has to be followed except in case of certain exceptions as per the situation. We do not engage in any refunds. In case of any refunds for any reason, they will be looked into on a case-to-case basis. However, the sole discretion will be at our disposal.
4. Accounts
When you create an account on our site, you take responsibility for it. Expected age limit is more than 18 years or above. We expect the information provided will be accurate, relevant and right at all times. In case of any change in information, it is assumed you will inform us at the earliest. Confidentiality of your personal information that includes your username and password comes under your responsibility. You agree to abide by all the information accessed and used by you, and the implications of the same will be your sole responsibility. Authority to obtain your account information and the impact of the same is under your care. Any activity that happens concerning your username and password that may not ethical or valid has to be borne by you. In case of any security violation, the same should be notified to us at the earliest.
We do not encourage using the username and password of any other user or misusing the name and password of any other user for any commercial/non-commercial use. Any breach of the same has to be notified to us at the earliest.
5. Intellectual property
Any website content and functionality on the website is the sole proprietary ownership of the website owners and do not belong to any third party users. Any claim for the same will not be entertained. You agree that downloading any document, images or text from the website does not give you any due ownership credit and is solely for information or education. Any violation of these can result in removal of your account or any further action as necessary.
6. Prohibited use
You are prohibited from using the account to engage in any activity that (a) violates the law or has any unlawful practices,, (b) discriminates people on the basis of age, sex, race, colour, (c) is used to spread misleading information, (d) is inaccurate in portrayal of any person, place or thing, (e) attempts to malign anyone, (f) tries to upload virus or any malicious code that can cause considerable harm, (g) leads to loss of property or loss of life, (h) stealing or misusing information, (i) any obscene or objectionable material is uploaded or transmitted via the website, and (j) interfering with the website security features or tampering it in a way that can result in monetary loss or substantial loss of data. Any such measures will lead to either suspension or removal of the account. It will lie solely at the discretion of the website owners, and the power can be exercised anytime as deemed appropriate in light of the case at hand.

The company does not provide any warranty for any uninterrupted service or that it will function continuously without any significant or minor breakdown. It operates “AS IS” and does not work with either expressed or implied warranties for itself or its merchants. Our company, subsidiaries, affiliates do not promise that there will be the absence of any virus or code that won’t interfere with your system. There is also no guarantee that the service will satisfy the very need you signed up for.
- Severability
In case of any issues in the Terms and Conditions or any part that is deemed unlawful or unethical the same shall be excluded as per law. This will not impact the other points mentioned in the Terms and Conditions, and they will apply unaffected without any impact on the execution of these provisions.
- Updates
Any updates done on the website will be done at our sole discretion. The impact of these changes on the Terms and Conditions will be notified and given a time of 30 days before execution. In case of use of service after the revised terms, you agree to abide by them. If you refuse to follow the same, the account services will be blocked, and access will be denied which lies at our sole discretion.
